ARCHITECTURAL COMPETITION FOR THE DESIGN, STUDIES, AND CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION OF THE HEADQUARTERS OF THE COMPETITION COUNCIL IN RABAT – 2ND PRIZE
The project is distinguished by a simple, restrained, and modern architectural language. It adopts a minimal yet intelligent envelope, articulated through a perforated mesh cladding system. The overall composition is defined by a refined volumetric expression, where the interplay of solid and void emphasizes the purity of its forms.
A meticulous façade treatment features an openwork pattern based on triangular geometric modules, inspired by traditional Chemmacia motifs. This reinterpretation introduces a subtle cultural reference, enriching the architectural identity of the building while maintaining a coherent integration within its contemporary landscaped context.
