The project’s identity seeks to merge the cultural essence of the Marrakech region with a forward-looking vision of contemporary architecture and urbanism. This design approach has been carefully considered at both the urban and architectural scales. The ambition is to establish a strong architectural identity that is both legible at the city scale and responsive to the needs of its users by providing a functional and high-quality working environment.

The architectural concept is simple, bold, sculptural, and dynamic. A deliberate sense of harmony is established among the various programmatic elements.

The project’s morphology draws inspiration from the urban landscapes of Marrakech, while also taking into account the local climate—typically hot and temperate in summer, and relatively cold in winter—ensuring environmental responsiveness and spatial comfort throughout the year.
