Located along a magnificent beach in Saïdia, this seaside resort project is conceived as an enhancement of the coastal landscape through contemporary architecture that harmoniously blends with its natural surroundings.

The project is designed as a unified whole, drawing its strength from the complementarity and cohesion of its various components—accommodation units, leisure areas, and supporting facilities.

The architectural language is defined by clean, refined lines and a sober yet elegant aesthetic, reflecting a modern and timeless design approach.

The composition is based on the careful interlocking of monolithic volumes in concrete and glass, forming a sequence of pure, minimalist structures. These volumes come together to create a dynamic interplay of solid and void, engaging with natural light and the surrounding seascape.
